• A promotion management platform for retailers and brands.
• Aggregated customer intelligence and performance reporting for brand partners.
• Integration tools for point-of-sale systems and retailer workflows.
• Our public website and related informational resources.

User Obligations

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when establishing your partnership or account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access tokens provided to you.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable partnership agreement.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service.

Intellectual Property

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to SaveNaturally in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Termination
